How to play Box Pusher

The goal

Pushing

• Walk into a box to push it one square, as long as the square beyond it is empty floor.
• You can only push, never pull, and only one box at a time: two boxes in a row won't budge.
• A box pushed into a corner, or against a wall with no target along it, is stuck for good. Undo or restart.

Moving

• Swipe on the board to take one step. Keep dragging to keep walking, turning as your finger turns.
• Tap any floor square to walk there by the shortest way around the boxes. Tap a box next to you to push it.
• On a computer, use the arrow keys or W, A, S, D. Z or Backspace undoes, and R restarts the level.
• Undo takes back one step or one tap-walk at a time, as far back as you like.

Levels

• There are 33 hand-made levels, from a single box to six. Clearing one unlocks the next, and the Levels button lets you replay any you have reached.
• Each level has a par: the fewest pushes that can clear it. Match it for a tidy solve.
• The clock starts with your first step. Your best time, fewest moves and fewest pushes are kept for each level.
• Leave mid-level and you carry on later where you left off.
