Clock is a quick, relaxing patience game laid out like a clock face. There are no decisions to make: every card tells you where to go next, and the fun is watching the clock fill up before the Kings run out.
The layout
The 52 cards are dealt face down into 13 piles of four. Twelve piles sit around a clock face, one for each hour: the Ace pile at 1 o’clock, the 2 at 2 o’clock, and so on up to the Jack at 11 and the Queen at 12. The thirteenth pile, in the middle, belongs to the Kings.
How a turn works
Start by turning the top card of the middle pile.
Send the card to the pile for its rank: a 7 goes to 7 o’clock, a Queen to 12 o’clock, a King to the middle. It tucks face up under that pile.
Then turn the top face-down card of the pile you just added to, and send that one home too.
Keep going. Tap the turned card or drag it to its pile; a glowing outline and the clock hand show where it belongs.
Winning and losing
The game ends when the fourth King turns up, because the Kings’ pile has no more cards to turn. If every other card is already face up at that moment, you win. If any cards are still face down, the deal is lost.
Auto play
Every move in Clock is forced, so you can let the game play itself. Tap Auto play to watch the cards travel around the clock one by one, and tap Pause to take over again. On a keyboard, Space or Enter plays the next card and A toggles auto play.
Your odds
Clock is pure luck: the outcome is set by the shuffle. About one deal in thirteen comes out, so a win is a small celebration. Your games played, wins, win rate and best time are kept so you can watch your luck over time.
