In TriPeaks you clear three peaks by playing cards one higher or one lower than the top of the draw pile. Every card in a chain scores more than the last, so the whole game is about making chains long.
Look before you play
Before your first card, trace a path: 7, 8, 9, 8, 7… If two cards fit, pick the one that lets the chain keep going, not just the one in front of you.
Uncover face-down cards
A card only turns face up once both cards covering it are gone. When you have a choice, play the card that turns a hidden card over: it adds options for the rest of the chain.
Save the stock
The stock doesn’t recycle, and turning a stock card ends your chain. Only draw when nothing fits.
When you do draw, you start a new chain: the 1st card scores 1, the 2nd 2, and so on.
Know the difficulty
On Normal, Kings and Aces wrap around: a King goes on an Ace and an Ace on a King, which keeps chains alive. On Hard there’s no wrapping, so plan around Kings and Aces, which can end a chain.
Go for the peak bonuses
Clearing a peak’s top card earns 15 for each of the first two peaks and 30 for the last. Clear every peak to win, and use undo to try another path.
